Technisch gesehen wird eine Schallwelle, die mit einer Frequenz \u00fcber 20 kHz (20.000 Schwingungen pro Sekunde) schwingt, als Ultraschall eingeordnet.<\/p><p>W\u00e4hrend Pferde (H\u00f6rbereich bis 33,5 kHz) und Hunde (H\u00f6rbereich bis 45 kHz) deutlich weiter als wir Menschen Schall noch h\u00f6ren k\u00f6nnen, liegen die in der Ultraschalltherapie verwendeten Frequenzen im Bereich von MHz (Millionen von Zyklen pro Sekunde), und liegen somit deutlich \u00fcber der H\u00f6rfrequenz eines jeden Tieres. Selbst eine Fledermaus hat eine Obergrenze von etwa 100 kHz.<\/p><p>Wenn \u00fcber ein Ultraschalltherapieger\u00e4t im MHz Bereich mechanische Energie im Gewebe erzeugt wird, wird W\u00e4rme generiert. Wie hoch die W\u00e4rmeentwicklung ausf\u00e4llt, h\u00e4ngt von der abgegebenen Leistung des Ger\u00e4tes ab. Wenn auf relativ niedrigem Energieniveaus gearbeitet wird, kann der Ultraschall die Zellaktivit\u00e4t (zellul\u00e4re Biostimulation) anregen. Dieser Mechanismus ist in erster Linie f\u00fcr seine F\u00e4higkeit verantwortlich, die Gewebereparatur zu stimulieren [1].<\/p><p>Die am h\u00e4ufigsten in der Tierphysiotherapie verwendeten Frequenzen liegen bei 1 und 3 MHz. Dabei k\u00f6nnen mit dem bei 1 MHz generierten Ultraschall tiefe Gewebeschichten (bis zu 5 oder 6cm) und oberfl\u00e4chliche L\u00e4sionen (bis zu einer Tiefe von ca. 2 cm) mit der 3 MHz Frequenz erreicht werden.<\/p><p>Die Absorption von mechanischer (W\u00e4rme-) Energie ist in dichten Geweben auf Kollagenbasis (Sehnen, B\u00e4nder, Faszien, Gelenkkapseln und etabliertes Narbengewebe) optimal und in diesen Geweben wirksamer. In der Entz\u00fcndungsphase wirkt die Ultraschalltherapie nicht entz\u00fcndungshemmend, sondern stimuliert die f\u00fcr den Ausl\u00f6ser entz\u00fcndlicher Ereignisse verantwortlichen Zellen, durch die Freisetzung zahlreicher Wachstumsfaktoren, Zytokine und anderer chemischer Botenstoffe [2] [3].<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element Ultraschall effizienter und schneller abheilen. Das bietet Tier\u00e4rzten und Tierphysiotherapeuten einen klaren Vorteil. In der proliferativen Phase (fr\u00fche Reparaturphase) kann der Ultraschall Fibroblasten und Myofibroblasten stimulieren. Beide tragen erheblich zur Bildung von neuem Narbengewebe bei.<\/p><p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat sich gezeigt, dass die Ultraschalltherapie die angiogene (neovaskul\u00e4re) Reaktion verbessert, die die Zellen, die das neue Narbengewebe (Kollagen) produzieren, wesentlich unterst\u00fctzt.
